|02:06 pm - it's the little things in life|
I ask you, is there a nicer smell in this world than that first whiff of bergamot from a freshly-opened supply of Earl Grey tea?
I didn't think so.
This post reminds me of a post of yours a while back, wherein you were critiquing the less-than--brilliant creme brulee following a work dinner out at a shee-shee bistro. You prefaced the crit with something like "My 20-year-old self would be horrified to hear my 30-year-old self say this, but..."
Yeah, that. :-)
Ah, yes, one of those moments in life, innit...
But I was drinking Earl Grey tea when I was 20 cause Captain Picard drank it!
IN WHICH EPISODE?? HUH? HUH?
Can we get that annoying kid back in here?

No, there is not. Now I'm imagining, and needing some fresh Earl Grey.

Well, maybe the first whiff of bergamont from a bergamont-infused dark chocolate?
I have, on my desk, an entire box of MightyLeaf organic chi-chi Earl Grey. I smell it ALL DAY LONG. I want to WEAR IT.
