When you're walking along the bank you have to be careful not to trip over the JPEG artifacts or you might fall into the river.

It only stands to reason, Boston being such a historical city and all, you can't help but find artifacts wherever you go. Do they give a +2 to all Dexterity-based skill checks and let you cast Magic Missile as a free action once per day? |
