This one's mesmerizing and hilarious all at the same time.

Wow. You described it perfectly. Kinda like this one, although it's more trainwreckish in nature.
"YOU'VE WATCHED IT, YOU CAN'T UN-WATCH IT!"
OOGA CHAKA OOGA OOGA OOGA CHAKA
Wasn't that from a Droopy cartoon back in the day?
It's from a cartoon where Spike is an opera virtuoso (The Great Poochini) and he pisses off a stage magician, who then takes his revenge by zapping Spike with a magic wand during his performance. At one point he turns into a hula dancer, and the magician's rabbits (who are also ubiquitous throughout the entire cartoon) sing along with him.
It's great stuff.
OMG! That's my favorite cartoon! Wish I could get a hold of it somehow.
My other favorite is the Tex Avery one with all of the cliche's. Cat got your tongue? :)
My favorite Tex Avery cartoon of all time (besides the one where Droopy goes to the Olympics but Spike cheats and wins and has to be kissed by the world's ugliest woman) is the one about the black cat who defends his little kitten friend from a big mean bulldog by constantly walking across the bulldog's path.
Bad Luck Blackie. That's the one.
One of the best cartoons of all time.
Watching this as a kid, when he yanks the "hair" out of the bottom of the "frame," it totally blew my tiny little mind. I can only imagine the fourth-wall-shattering effect it had on the original audience.
All this icon needs is a few rabbits singing harmony.
